Our busy work schedules do not allow us the opportunity to take a breather or even a moment for our own well-being. Once you step onto your yoga mat, you enter a time solely for you. This is your time to dive into the brillance that already resides within you. Neither the cell phone or computer can distract you. It's just you and the mat. Flowing, Breathing, and Being...
